Dr.Rizvi graduated from Vinnitsa Medical Institute in Ukraine and completed his residency at Kern Medical Center in Bakersfield, CA.
Dr. Rizvi is board certified and is a fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology. He is a Diplomat of the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. Rizvi served as assistant clinical professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Univesity of Califonia Los Angeles, David Geffen School of Medicine.
Jaime Perea, M.D., F.A.C.O.G.
Dr. Perea received his Bachelor of Science in Cell Biology from California State Univesirty, followed by a medical degreee from the New York Medical College. He went on to complete his residency at the University of Southern California.
Dr. Perea is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and is a fellow of the American College of Obstetrics & Gynecology. He is the proud recipient of The Martin L. Stone award in Obstetrics & Gynecology. His special interests include obstetrics, preventive care and minimally invasive gynecologic surgery.
Tannaz Adib, M.D., F.A.C.O.G.
Dr. Tannaz Ebrahimi Adib is a Board Certified OB-GYN practicing in the United States after extensive training and OB-GYN experience abroad. Dr. Adib is a clinical faculty of University Of Southern California and Western University Of Health Sciences. Previously Dr. Adib served as clinical faculty member of Florida Atlantic, Barry and Nova universities training Medical and Physician Assistant students. Dr. Adib is highly skilled in not only OB/GYN care, but also in Vaginal & Perineal Esthetics & Management of Facial Aging & Skin Care. Dr. Adib particularly enjoys minimally invasive and robotic surgery, cosmetic and rejuvenation procedures, urogynecology, infertility workup and treatment. Languages spoken: English, Farsi.
Jocelyn Crisostomo, FNP-BC
Ms. Jocelyn Crisostomo is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of the City of Manila and her Masters of Science in Nursing from California State University San Marcos.
Ms. Crisostomo has gained extensive knowledge and skills working effectively as a team member of TCU, Medical, Postoperative Pediatric and Adult Care, and as a Charge Nurse, delegating work assignments, supervising junior staff, and overseeing admissions and discharges.
In 2007, she started her career path as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She worked for CVS for a year and also served her FNP internship at Neighborhood Healthcare in Escondido, California.
With more than 10 years of experience in medical, surgical, telemetry, and pediatric nursing and as a Board Certified FNP, Ms. Crisostomo is dedicated to improving the lives of those under her care. Her approach is to provide the highest quality of professional care and build empathic relationships with her patients in order to cultivate trust and maintain continuity.
Lorraine Roberson, NP, WHNP
Ms. Roberson's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Pacific Union College and Master of Science in Nursing from California State University Long Beach. She also holds a Nurse Practitioner Certificate in Women’s Health from Harbor-UCLA.
Ms. Roberson has gained extensive knowledge and skills in working effectively as a team member in Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, Operating Room, Post–Anesthesia Recovery as well as Outpatient Women's Health. With more than 10 year experience in all aspects of obstetrics and more than 7 years as a nurse practitioner and special interest in health education, Ms. Roberson feels it is an honor to assist mothers and families achieve healthy pregnancies and births.
Ms. Roberson has a humanistic care philosophy where the patient is valued as a whole to provide thoughtful thorough healthcare improving the lives of those who need it most.
Huong Le, MSN, FNP-BC
Ms. Huong is a board certified and experienced Family Nurse Practitioner. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Regis University, Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Economics University and a Bachelor of Music in Piano from Conservatory School of Music. Ms. Huong received her Master of Science degree in Nursing from Chamberlain College of Nursing and she has earned many certifications in women’s health to upskill herself.
Ms. Huong has a very wide breadth of expertise having worked as Staff Nurse Infusion, Labor and Delivery, Relief Charge Nurse-Labor and Delivery and Assistant Nurse Manager/ House Supervisor.
Apart from being a highly qualified, knowledgeable and experienced Family Nurse Practitioner, Ms. Huong is a Clinical Professor at CNI College in Orange County. She received Kaiser National Nurse Recognition in 2019 and Daisy Awards in 2017 and 2018.
In her free time, she likes to play and teach piano. Whether it is a single patient or a whole community Ms. Huong is devoted to improving the lives of those who need it most. Her approach is to provide the highest standard of professional care and to forge strong relationships with her patients in order to foster continuity and trust. Ms. Huong has adopted a humanistic care philosophy where each patient is valued as a whole to provide thoughtful, thorough care to women of all ages.
Erika Roark, MSN, FNP-C
Ms. Erika Roark is a Family Nurse Practitioner and a certified operating room nurse. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience from University of California, Riverside, followed by a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from California State University, San Marcos. She also received a Master of Science Degree in Nursing from California State University, Dominguez Hills.
During her thirteen years of experience, she achieved several certifications and licenses. She is a Family Nurse Practitioner certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners Certification Board, and a Nurse Operating Room certified by the Competency & Credentialing Institute. She also earned a certificate in BLS for Healthcare Providers by the American Heart Association. She is a highly qualified Nurse, Public Health Nurse, and a Nurse Practitioner.
She has extensive knowledge and experience in medical-surgical and operating room nursing, as well as surgical specialties in operating rooms. She is passionate about patient’s care and comfort. She believes in compassion and always strives to bring the best possible solutions and evidence-based care for her patients with an empathetic and professional approach.
As a healthcare professional, Ms. Roark is passionate about helping women with pregnancy and gynecological issues such as vulvar disorders, abnormal Pap smears, dysplasia, human papillomavirus (HPV), family planning and is dedicated to taking care of women throughout their life span with the best care and outcomes for her patients and their families.
