The goal of our services is to assist our patients in achieving happy, healthy and productive lives by providing current, quality and comprehensive OBGYN care to women in all phases of life. In achieving these goals, we are dedicated to finding the most appropriate treatment for each individual situation, and utilize the most current state of the art medical or surgical treatment available.
We aim to demystify health care for women in a supportive, caring, non-judgmental environment and encourage women to ask questions. We help women in learning ways to care for themselves, get a clear, accurate answers about their body, health and well-being.
We actively encourage our patients to learn about healthy living and address their health care needs from a proactive rather than reactive point of view.
Routing gynecological exams, pregnancy and STD testing, screening, diagnosis, treatment and care for chronic diseases including urinary incontinence, pain, irregular or heavy menses, screening and treatment of cancer, mammogram, preventive services and testing, hormone replacement therapy, alternatives to hysterectomy, referrals for counseling and osteoporosis screening, ultrasound, colposcopy, hysteroscopy and cystoscopy.
Prenatal and Postnatal Care
Comprehensive prenatal care, including childbirth, nutrition and parenting education classes.Pregnancy and postpartum care.
Birth control for women of childbearing age.
Individual counseling, group counseling, and life skills training to enable women to manage serious life transitions and to develop better planning, coping and problem solving skills. Problem solving assistance and information and referral to community services.
Patients are seen by appointment for routine care. Patients with urgent problems, emergency birth control and FREE PREGNANCY TEST are seen daily.
Routine calls are taken by our professional staff. Our staff will return your call as soon as possible. Patients are advised to leave work and home number with the staff.
Urgent services are provided in the office or the hospital as needed. Routine calls, prescription refills and non-urgent questions are directed to the office during regular office hours..
Pharmacy refills are handled during regular business hours Monday through Friday. Patients are advised to check medication needs before the weekend. New prescriptions are phoned to the pharmacy as the need arises.
Lab and X-Ray Reports
Results of pap smears, mammogram or other tests are phoned if they are abnormal or require further evaluation X- ray/ultrasound/surgery or pathology reports are discussed during the patient visit unless otherwise indicated. To assure confidentiality and privacy, results of laboratory work/radiology/surgery are not given to anyone other than the patient without her specific approval.
We accept most medical insurance plans. If not covered by an insurance plan other arrangements can be made. Please contact us regarding your insurance plan.

Dr.Rizvi graduated from Vinnitsa Medical Institute in Ukraine and completed his residency at Kern Medical Center in Bakersfield, CA.
Dr. Rizvi is board certified and is a fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology. He is a Diplomat of the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. Rizvi served as assistant clinical professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Univesity of Califonia Los Angeles, David Geffen School of Medicine.
Dr. Perea received his Bachelor of Science in Cell Biology from California State Univesirty, followed by a medical degreee from the New York Medical College. He went on to complete his residency at the University of Southern California.
Dr. Perea is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and is a fellow of the American College of Obstetrics & Gynecology. He is the proud recipient of The Martin L. Stone award in Obstetrics & Gynecology. His special interests include obstetrics, preventive care and minimally invasive gynecologic surgery.
Dr. Francis holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California at Berkeley, and completed his Post Graduate studies in Physiological Ecology at Cal-State University before earning his Doctorate of Medicine from Autonomous University of Guadalagara. He completed residency training in Obstetrics & Gynecology at Hahnemann Univerity School of Medicine, and a fellowship in Uro-Gynecology/Pelvic Surgery at the University of California Irvine.
Currently, Dr. Francis holds memberships with the American Uro-Gynecologic Society and the Riverside County Medical Association, as well as having served on the Riverside County Medical Association’s Legislative Committee. Dr. Francis is an adjunct professor at Moreno Valley College.
His work on women’s health can be found in numerious publications, including American Journal of Obstetrics & Gynecology and The Journal of Reproductive Medicine, and he is a frequent contributor to the editorial pages of THE CALIFORNIAN and NORTH COUNTY TIMES. Most notably, Dr.Francis has held positions as an Assitant Clinical Professor at University of California Irvine, andClinical Professor at the University of Nevada School of Medicine, where he served as the Director of Uro-Gynecology.
Dr. Mba graduated from St. Petersburg Medical University and completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at UCLA Charles Drew University. Dr. Mba is a fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology and a diplomat of the American Board of Obstetrics and gynecology. She is also board certified in Family Medicine and is a diplomat of the American Board of Family Medicine.
Dr. Mba received Compassionate Doctor Recoginition award. Her special interests include pregnancy, preventive and family centered care to women of all ages.

Dr. Gupta is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and has been practicing for over 30 years.
Dr. Gupta completed here residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology from Texas Tech University School of Medicine. During her residency, she received many prestigious awards including Best Teaching Resident, Award of Academic Excellence, and was named Resident of the Month. Dr. Gupta is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetics & Gynecology.
Her special interests include high risk pregnancies, gynecological surgeries and preventive care to women of all ages.
Ms. Francis is an accomplished Physician’s Assistant with years of experience in the field. Her vast experience has spanned various fields of medicine including women’s health. She has worked with patients of all ages and is a fluent Spanish speaker. These various experiences have honed her organizational and people skills.
Ms. Francis attended Riverside Community College and received Masters in Science in Physician Assitant Studies from A.T.Stills University. Her clinical experince includes hands-on surgical work with obstetrical and gynecological care.
Ms. Andrews is a Certified Nurse Midwife. She received her bachelor of science in Nursing from Jose State Univsersity and Master of Science in Nurse-Midwifery/Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner from San Diego State University.
Ms. Andrews has a passion for women’s health and currently teaches Obstetrical Nursing at California State University San Marcos. Ms. Andrews provides Obstetrical and Gynecological care to women of all ages. She is a memeber of the American College of Nurse-Midwives, the Association of Women’s Health, Obstetric and Neonatal Nurses and Sigma Theta-Tau International Honor Society.
